By opting in to or using a Text Message Service from Bass Concrete LLC, you accept these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is between you and Bass Concrete LLC ("Bass Concrete," "we," "our," or "us"), 54691 Highway 16, Bogalusa, LA 70427.
This text messaging service is for conversational, person-to-person communication between you and Bass Concrete employees, such as order, delivery, scheduling, and account communication. It is not a marketing or promotional program.
You can cancel the text message service at any time. Reply STOP to any text message we send. You may also use QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After you send STOP, we will send you one text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to rejoin, contact us using the information below and we will re-enroll you.

Message frequency varies based on your conversations with us and how often you need concrete or aggregate supply. You will receive messages only when you or a Bass Concrete employee starts a conversation. You should expect to receive up to 20 messages per month. You may receive an initial message describing the service.
We do not charge you for messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. Check with your carrier for details.
"Opting In" means requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages. "Text Message Service" means any arrangement in which we send one or more messages to your mobile phone number, including SMS, MMS, or successor technologies.
By consenting to receive text messages, you agree to these terms and to the Text Messaging Privacy Policy below. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw this consent by replying STOP.
We respect your privacy. We use information you provide through this service only to send you text messages and respond to you.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Carriers and messaging platform providers transmit our messages on our behalf. They do not receive your opt-in data or consent for any purpose of their own. We may disclose information only as required by law, regulation, or governmental request. This policy applies to the text message service. It applies regardless of any other provision of our website Privacy Policy, including its sections on analytics, advertising, and cookies, and it does not modify that policy in other contexts.
